We're currently seeking a full-time, in-person Speech Language Pathologist to support a school in Norfolk County, Massachusetts for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details:

Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility. Educator Cert
- Proven experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Support students using augmentative and alternative communication devices if necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate communication goals into daily activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with federal and state laws, including IDEA.
