A local school district in Minnesota is seeking a licensed BCBA to join their team for the upcoming school year. This opportunity involves working directly within school environments to implement behavioral strategies that support student success. The position offers a chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide vital behavior intervention services across various school settings.
Position Details:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data.
- Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavior strategies.
- Create data collection systems to monitor student progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with parents to ensure consistency across environments.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Relevant experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges.
- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with school teams and families.
- Must meet licensure requirements for behavior analysts in Minnesota.
