This role supports a <strong style=\"font-size: 10.0px;\">substantially separate Autism program <\/strong>and is <strong style=\"font-size: 10.0px;\">on-site.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>Job Summary<\/h3>\n<p>We&#8217;re seeking a dedicated special educator who can deliver specialized instruction, implement appropriate supports, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help students thrive academically, socially, and behaviorally in a structured program setting.<\/p>\n<h2>Position Details:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> On-site\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Approximately <strong>35 hours\/week<\/strong>\n<li><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> <strong>September 28, 2026<\/strong>\n<li><strong>School Year:<\/strong> <strong>2026\/2027<\/strong>\n<li><strong>Program:<\/strong> Substantially separate Autism program (high school)\n<li>Pay: $52-$56\/ hour <\/ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide specialized instruction aligned to students&#8217; IEP goals in a substantially separate setting.\n<li>Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, including data collection and progress reporting.\n<li>Differentiate instruction using evidence-based strategies and appropriate accommodations\/modifications.\n<li>Collaborate with related service providers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to support student needs.\n<li>Support student skill-building in academics, communication, and social-emotional\/behavioral development.\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings, parent\/guardian communication, and compliance processes. <\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Licensed\/certified Special Education Teacher (or eligible) in <strong>Massachusetts<\/strong> (preferred).\n<li>Experience supporting students with <strong>Autism<\/strong> and\/or in substantially separate classroom settings.\n<li>Familiarity with specialized programming and supports (e.g., structured teaching, sensory supports, assistive\/adaptive tools).\n<li>Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.\n<li>Ability to work on-site in Bedford, MA. <\/ul>\n<h2>What We Offer:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits (where eligible)\n<li>Life insurance and long-term disability (where eligible)\n<li>401(k) options (where eligible)\n<li>Support from a dedicated Onward Search Education team throughout your assignment <\/ul>\n<h2>Why Apply?<\/h2>\n<p>At Onward Search Education, we connect educators and specialists with schools where they can make a meaningful impact.
