    Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    • Deliver engaging English Language Arts instruction aligned with curriculum standards and district expectations.\n
    • Develop and implement lesson plans that strengthen reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, and critical thinking skills.\n
    • Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners and promote academic success.\n
    • Assess student progress and use data to inform instructional decisions.\n
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.\n
    • Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families to support student achievement.\n
    • Maintain accurate student records, grades, and progress reports.\n

      Qualifications:<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

      • Bachelor’s degree required<\/strong>\n
      • Connecticut Educator Certificate with Endorsement 015 (English, Grades 4-12), or eligibility for Connecticut certification<\/strong>\n
      • Candidates actively pursuing certification through an approved Connecticut certification pathway are encouraged to apply<\/strong>\n
      • Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills\n
      • Experience teaching English Language Arts preferred <\/ul>\n
