    Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Implement a comprehensive school counseling program that supports students’ academic, career, and social-emotional development.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Provide individual and small-group counseling services to address student needs and promote overall well-being.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Support students with academic planning, graduation requirements, college readiness, career exploration, and postsecondary planning.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Deliver classroom guidance lessons focused on social-emotional learning, self-advocacy, conflict resolution, and life skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Utilize leadership, advocacy, and collaboration to promote equitable access and student success for all learners.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to create inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Participate in student support, intervention, and multidisciplinary team meetings.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Assist students in developing coping skills, problem-solving strategies, goal-setting techniques, and positive decision-making habits.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Connect students and families with school and community resources as appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

        Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      • \n

        Valid Minnesota School Counselor license<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      • \n

        Experience working with secondary or high school students preferred<\/span><\/p>\n

      • \n

        Knowledge of college and career readiness planning, student support services, and social-emotional learning practices<\/span><\/p>\n

      • \n

        Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills<\/span><\/p>\n

      • \n

        Ability to work effectively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams<\/span><\/p>\n

      • \n
