    Schedule:<\/strong> Full-Time, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours\/week)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Hourly Rate:<\/strong> $50 – $55<\/span><\/span> <\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Instruction & Curriculum Development:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans aligned with students’ IEP goals.<\/span><\/span>\n
    • Modify curriculum and instructional methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities.<\/span><\/span>\n
    • Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies, assistive technology, and specialized instructional materials.<\/span><\/span>\n
    • Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction accordingly.<\/span><\/span> <\/ul>\n

      Classroom & Behavior Management:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n

        \n
      • Establish a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.<\/span><\/span>\n
      • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning space for students with varying disabilities.<\/span><\/span> <\/ul>\n

        Collaboration & Communication:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Work closely with paraprofessionals, itinerants, and other support staff to meet student needs, as well as multidisiplinary teams.<\/span><\/span>\n
        • Communicate regularly with parents\/guardians regarding student progress and IEP goals.<\/span><\/span>\n
        • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and interdisciplinary team discussions.<\/span><\/span> <\/ul>\n

          Compliance & Documentation:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and IEP documentation.<\/span><\/span> <\/ul>\n

            Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n

            • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.<\/span><\/span>\n
            • Certification: <\/span>MN Special Education Teaching license Tier 3-4<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/ul>\n

              Skills:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n

              • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.<\/span><\/span>\n
