In this role, you will help students achieve academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success by providing comprehensive psychological services, collaborating with educators and families, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and psychological assessments to determine students&#8217; strengths, needs, and eligibility for special education services.\n<li>Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments to guide intervention planning.\n<li>Provide individual and group counseling to support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.\n<li>Develop and implement intervention plans that promote emotional regulation, positive behavior, and academic success.\n<li>Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student achievement.\n<li>Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and 504 Plan meetings, and provide recommendations for appropriate supports and services.\n<li>Consult with school staff on classroom strategies, behavior management, and evidence-based interventions.\n<li>Support school-wide initiatives focused on social-emotional learning (SEL), bullying prevention, restorative practices, and trauma-informed care.\n<li>Respond to school crises by providing consultation, crisis intervention, and support for students and staff.\n<li>Monitor student progress, analyze data, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to inform decision-making.\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations. <\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.\n<li>Active state School Psychologist licensure or certification.\n<li>Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing comprehensive reports.\n<li>Knowledge of special education laws, IEP processes, and evidence-based assessment and intervention practices.\n<li>Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.\n<li>Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff. <\/ul>\n<h2>What We Offer:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package.\n<li>Access to a wide network of school districts and placement opportunities.\n<li>Streamlined hiring process with dedicated recruiter support.\n<li>Ongoing communication and advocacy throughout your assignment.\n<li>Professional development opportunities and career growth. <\/ul>\n<h2>Why Apply?<\/h2>\n<p>As a School Psychologist, you&#8217;ll play a vital role in supporting students&#8217; academic achievement, emotional well-being, and overall success.
