We&#8217;re partnering with a school in Maricopa County, Arizona to hire dedicated Occupational Therapist.<\/p>\n<p> The Occupational Therapist will support K-12 students by evaluating, planning, and providing therapeutic services that promote independence and access to educational programs. This role collaborates with educators, families, and support staff to help students develop the skills necessary for academic success and participation in the school community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Details:<\/strong><br \/> Start Date: July 24, 2026<br \/> Schedule: Part-time schedule<br \/> Grade Levels: K-12<br \/> Location: In Person, 2 hours per week<br \/> School Year: 2026\/2027<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate students to identify functional, developmental, sensory, fine motor, and self-care needs that impact educational performance.\n<li>Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans in accordance with students&#8217; IEP goals.\n<li>* Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students in individual and group settings.\n<li>Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to support student success.\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, evaluations, and therapy records in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.\n<li>Recommend and support the use of adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications when appropriate.\n<li>Monitor student progress and adjust therapy interventions based on outcomes and educational needs.\n<li>Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions regarding student services and accommodations.\n<li>Support compliance with applicable special education regulations and professional standards. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.\n<li>Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona, or ability to obtain prior to start date.\n<li>Previous experience working with pediatric and\/or school-aged populations preferred.\n<li>Knowledge of special education processes, IEPs, and school-based therapy practices.\n<li>Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.\n<li>Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records.\n<li>Knowledge of assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and sensory integration strategies preferred.\n<li>Current CPR\/First Aid certification preferred, if required by the district. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay and benefits package.\n<li>Access to a wide network of schools and districts for diverse placement options.\n<li>Streamlined hiring process to get you started quickly.\n<li>Ongoing communication and advocacy throughout your placement.\n<li>Personalized support from dedicated recruiting professionals.\n<li>Opportunities for professional growth and development. <\/ul>\n<p> Why Apply?
